Shipping Policy

Crowned Soles ships out orders Monday - Friday.  We ship to the U.S and  U.S. territories. 

Orders are not shipped out on the weekends or on major holidays.

Orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days.  During checkout please verify that you have entered the correct billing & shipping address to avoid any order delays. It is your responsibility to provide Crowned Soles with the correct shipping information. 

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking information and a delivered package confirmation email after delivery is made. You are responsible for retrieving your package at the time of delivery.  Please make the necessary arrangements to ensure that you receive your order.  

We are not responsible for lost, undeliverable, or stolen packages.
